Course Description

The course provides the basic concept of Management Information Systems. Topics included are MIS conceptual frame work, MIS parameters, Reporting formats operational and financial, fixing of MIS targets, analysis of MIS reports and diagnostic action, appraisal of MIS working in the BSNL with a case study from another organisation.
