Candidates appearing in JAO Exam, scheduled to be held on 14.3.2010, may please note the following:

1) The question paper will be objective type and there will be negative marking. 1/4 th of the allotted marks will be deducted for every wrong answer/multiple answer.

2) Simple calculator (non-programmable/non-scientific) is allowed.

3) Only Blue/Black ball point pen is allowed.

4) SC/ST candidates shall be eligible for Traveling Allowance (TA) by 2 nd class sleeper passenger Train Fare by the shortest route from the railway station nearest to their normal place of residence, or from which they actually performed the journey, whichever is nearer to the place of Exam. Centre, and back to the same station provided the distance traveled by rail each way exceeds 30 K.Ms. The candidates are requested to produce the following documents on the Exam date:-

(a) An Unemployment Certificate issued by M.P. / M.L.A or Gazetted Officer of the place where the candidate normally resides.

(b) Copy of Rail/Bus Ticket of the journey performed by the candidate.

Details regarding Candidate's 'Name' and 'Date of Birth' may be entered exactly same as they have been filled in the Application Forms by the candidates.

The candidates possessing e-Admit Card will also be allowed to appear for the examination.

B)Duplicate Admit Cards will also be issued to those candidates whose names are available in the list of eligible candidates one day before the examination i.e. on 13 th March 2010 from 11 AM to 5 PM. Such candidates may contact at the ‘Facilitation Centre' located in their city of exam along with two passport size photographs.

All India Open Competitive Examination for the post of Junior Accounts Officer (JAO) will be held on 14th March, 2010(Sunday) . Admit cards have been dispatched through Registered Post to all the eligible candidates. Please note the following points:-

•  In case of non-receipt of Admit Cards, the same may be downloaded from BSNL's Website : www.bsnl.co.in after 28 th February 2010 . To download e-Admit Card, please click Online e-Admit Card after 28 th February 2010. The candidates possessing e-Admit Card will also be allowed to appear for the examination.

•  Click here to view the list of Ineligible candidates along with the reason thereof.

•  The candidate appearing in ineligible list can make a representation through e-mail address: recttcell@bsnl.co.in , in case he/she thinks to be eligible as per the eligibility criteria given in the Advertisement issued at the time of calling application. The candidate making such representation must submit/attach the proof in support of their claim.

•  The eligible candidates who have indicated Hyderabad Examination Centre in their Application Form will be intimated shortly about the new Examination Centre. The list of such eligible candidates including new Examination Centre will be uploaded shortly. New Admit Card will be issued to them shortly and can be downloaded from BSNL's Website : www.bsnl.co.in after 28 th February 2010.
