Pursuant to judgment of Hon’ble TDSAT dated 27th April 2005 in Appeal 11 of 2002, BSNL publishes its Reference Interconnect Offer (RIO) for Licensed Telecom Service Operators desiring of establishing Interconnection with BSNL’s network. This RIO of BSNL would be applicable to those agreements, which are to be executed henceforth by the Licensed Telecom Service Providers. However Licensed Telecom Service Providers who have already signed Interconnect Agreement shall have option to migrate to the RIO regime.
