The validity period for special tariffs mentioned above is applicable to Anant plans. For other plans, the validity is 30 days.

1. Recharge coupans with validity more than 90 days are not available in Assam, J & K, NE.

2. This facility of reduced rate will not be available on 5 black-out days, i.e. New Year Eve 31st Dec., New Year Day 1st Jan., Valentine Day, Diwali & Christmas Day. (Except Super one India & One sec pulse)

NOTE

A. Validity starts from the date of latest recharge. 

B. In case of  Anant, the Life Time Validity means the License Period of the Operator . The License Period for Cellular Services of BSNL is 20 years w. e. f. 29.02.2000. However, the License is understood to be renewable further on its expiry. In case of Saral Ananth option III and IV, after the initial tariff validity of 365 days, the customer will be migrated to the existing base Saral Anant tariff plan

C. During both the grace periods, no O/G calls shall be allowed except emergency (toll free) & IVR Calls, however I/C will be allowed.

D. The unutilized balance amount of the previous card can be carried forward in case of renewal within the grace period, other wise it shall lapse.

E. The SIM number can be re-activated with additional period of 165 days even beyond the grace period of 15 days for all Card values . However, in such case, the credit balance will lapse but the subscriber will not have to pay activation charges. 

F. With Flexi Top up and C-Top up, customers have freedom to choose any denomination, any time and at any where. The top up denomination ranges from as low as Rs. 10 up to Rs. 10,000. Basic price of these top-ups = MRP- Service Tax.

G. In west Zone, one paisa / sec will be charged for both own network and other network (Intra circle calls and Inter circle calls)under FRC " 1 paisa / sec Option I. The roaming charges for west zone circles is 1 p/sec for O/G and I/C call.

H. STV of Rs. 69/- for west zone with tariff validity of one year is applicable. In case of Assam and North East LSAs, the validity of all the FRCs including Saral Anant will be restricted to 90 days. T he Minimum Recharge Condition (MRC) of Rs.100 (Excl of S. Tax) every 90 days will be applicable to Saral Anant plan. This is subject to guidelines issued by Licensing/Regulatory Authority from time to time.

J. In case of STVs/Data RCVs, the circle can suitably adjust the MRP in the price band up to Rs.3 (+/-) of price mentioned in the website, considering the technical feasibility.
