      Note - A

- Registration amount is non-interest bearing and adjustable in the first bill. - Registration amount not applicable in cases where connection is available immediately on demand. In such a case payment for one time charges such as security deposit (where applicable) and activation charges may only be received.

       Note - B

* Security deposit is non interest bearing but refundable upon surrender subject to clearance of dues.
** No security deposit (for local/STD {sub-note-2}) connection from following categories:
- Employees of Central/State Government and Central PSUs:
- Existing BSNL subscribers upon request. Conditions apply (sub-note-1)
- Bank employees, who give ECS mandate from their own bank.
- Central/ State Government & Central PSU's
- Corporate Customers ( minimum 5 connections in corporate name)

Sub-note-1

(a) Fill up a mandate form to allow existing deposit of PSTN telephone towards outstanding of the cellular telephone.
(b) Telephone to be applied in the same name as PSTN.
(c) Category of telephone (Local/STD) remains same as PSTN.
(d) In case advance annual rental (Security deposit) for existing PSTN connection is less than Rs. 1000/2000,
subscriber is required to deposit the balance amount for taking the Cellular Connection as the case may be.
Old cases need not to be reopened till the subscriber is making the payment regularly in time .


Sub-note-2

For ISD phones, security deposit payable, as above, and liable to be enhanced based on calling pattern or default in payment etc., as in case of PSTN telephones.
 

NOTE-C

a. Call charges are uniform for all 24 hours across all plans including Reference Tariff Package.
b. Corporate Account holder scheme as applicable to Basic service shall also be applicable independently for Cellular Service for post paid connections.
