  • I have a monthly download limit on my broadband connection, how much will I be charged for downloading BSNL Games on Demand (GoD) Games?
    The file size of the song/ video you download will be deducted from your monthly limit.
  • What is the size of an audio track and music video?
    The average file size per audio track is 3 - 4.5 MB max.
    Average file size per music video is 15 - 20 MB max
  • How do I pay for subscribing to the Music/ Video-On-Demand Store?
    The amount of will be billed on a month-on-month basis to your Broadband statement..
  • Will I be charged if I do not download music/ video from the On-Demand Store?
    If you have subscribed to the service, yes!
    You will be charged the monthly rental for the service even if you don't the same.
  • Can I play all Music & Videos files on a Mac OS or a UNIX OS?
    No. The On-Demand Entertainment Store is currently compatible only with Windows Operating system (2000, XP, Vista).
  • I downloaded a audio/ video file, but it asks me to enter Email address & password in my Windows Media Player?
    Firstly we recommend only Internet Explorer Ver. 6.0 and above.
    However if you have downloaded songs using Firefox or any other browser the Media player will prompt for a Email Id and password.
    Simply re-enter your Email Id and password you registered with. Be connected to the Internet at time of submitting this info. The song will play momentarily.
  • I have a problem with the service, how do I get help?
    Simply, you can:

  • How do I discontinue/ unsubscribe from Music & Videos On-Demand service?
    To Unsubscribe from the On-Demand Store, all you need to do is –
    - Go to the Web store - http://bsnl.hungama.com
    - Login to your account with the registered Email Id & password
    - Click the "My Account" button next to the BSNL logo
    - Go to: My Account > Unsubscribe - Select plan you wish to Unsubscribe.
  • Will I be charged in the month I unsubscribe from the service?
    Yes. You will be charged for the current month even if you unsubscribe. The content you have already downloaded will continue to play for the remaining no of day.
    However, post your monthly billing cycle, you will NOT be charged again.
