PREMIUM RATE SERVICE (PRM)

This is a service that can be accessed by customers of BSNL GSM Prepaid all over the country on Intelligent Network platform. The PRM service will facilitate service providers to offer service like forecast, future, share market, job consultation etc. The service provider is allotted a PRM service number by the network operator (BSNL) and that number can be accessed from any point in the network through BSNL GSM Prepaid. For this service, call charges will be at a higher rate (these charges will be borne by calling users) i.e. premium rate and the revenue earned is shared between service provider and network provider (BSNL). For the same PRM service number, the subscriber can have a number of destination numbers.

Initial and Miscellaneous Charges :

Minimum Hire Period	One month
Any modification, addition and deletion in time dependent routing, origin dependent routing and all such available features.	100/- per addition/deletion.

Charging of PRM service with Pulses of 4 sec, 12 sec, 30 sec and 60 sec only .
All the other miscellaneous charges including Vanity number will be as already approved in case of Free Phone, UAN etc.
The following revenue share on graded basis is proposed to customers of Premium Rate Service:

Access to PRM service is barred from Postpaid network of Landline and Mobile .
Access to PRM service (1867-xyz) is allowed through Prepaid GSM Mobile only (where xyz is SCP code- 180, 233, 345, 425 corresponding to SCP Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Kolkata and Bangalore)
