1.Validity & Grace Period:-  At the time of initial activation the SIM will carry free talk time of Rs. 50/- with the validity & grace period of 7 days only instead of 30 days. (Initial Period)

2.  Roaming Charges:-  Rental @ Rs. 50/- per month will be charged under Post Paid Plan - 225 & Reference Tariff Package (RTP). For other plans no additional amount is to be charged on this account. Charges while roaming would be as applicable to Post Paid Plan -225 instead of plan-325 as existing. It is uniformly applicable to all subscribers under roaming irrespective of whether they are under post paid or prepaid plans. It is also equally applicable to MTNL subscribers roaming in BSNL network.

3. Incoming STD rates :  From roaming Subscribers, charges for incoming STD Rates will be as applicable for Cell to Cell calls.

4. Peak and off peak rates: The tariff for Prepaid and post paid plans is applicable for all the 24 hours and there is no further off peak rates.

5. Additional grace period for SIM only : It may now be uniformly kept for 60 days.

6. Item 11, 12 & 13 viz Night saver, Sunday saver and Night Sunday saver of miscellaneous optional services under post paid scheme for all plans may be deleted.

7. Call forwarding will be permissible only within BSNL Network i.e. for BSNL Cellular Mobile Services. BSNL Fixed line services including WLL(M). It is applicable within the Licence Service area. No call forwarding is permissible to other networks.

8.Friend and Family Talk : Friend and Family Talk is admissible only for BSNL Cell connection and it is applicable within the BSNL Circle Network only. In case PSTN number is already allowed under this scheme it may be withdrawn immediately.
