BSNL TOWER CORPORATION LIMITED (BTCL) was incorporated on 04.01.2018 vide Corporate Identity Number (CIN) U64203DL2018GOI328034 with an Authorized Share Capital of Rs.10,000 Crores and paid up Equity Share Capital of Rs.17,000.

Being a wholly owned subsidiary Company of BSNL, all the Functional Directors and CMD of BSNL are its Directors. CMD, BSNL acts as its Chairman. Its registered office is at Bharat Sanchar Bhawan, Harish Chandra Mathur Lane, Janpath, New Delhi – 110 001.

The Company plans to carry on non-telecom activities, which were / are being carried out by its holding Company like Execution of external works as Project Management Consultant for clients such as State Governments, Public Sector Banks, and Autonomous Bodies for construction of Administrative Buildings, Staff Quarters, Hostel, Hospitals, and Educational Institutions; to participate in Smart City Project bids, Tender, EoI etc.

During the FY 2022-23, the company recorded total revenue of Rs 290.23 lakhs and Profit after Tax (PAT) of Rs 19.63 lakhs.
