What is My BSNL App?

            The My BSNL App is a native application that can be downloaded on Mobile/Tablet. This application can currently be downloaded on the compatible devices. This application enables you to pay Postpaid bills and Prepaid Topup, Plan / Migration Voucher loading through your Mobile/Tablet.

        How to download the My BSNL App?

            The My BSNL App can be down loaded from App Store i.e., Google Play or Windows Store.

 

        Is there any cost for downloading the My BSNL App?

            There is no cost for downloading the "My BSNL App" from any of the sources. However, usual download charges as per the data connection you are using will apply for downloading the application as well as accessing the same.

 

        Can I use this My BSNL App in my non BSNL mobile?

            Yes. This application works across all operators. However, in case you are using the application on a non BSNL mobile, that mobile number must be a registered at the time of installation and can be modified later.

 

        What type of services I can avail through My BSNL APP?

            Presently, the App supports

                    - Postpaid (Landline / GSM/CDMA/WiMAX): To Check your outstanding bill amount, Pay Bills, get Payment receipt to your contact details mentioned in profile.
                    - Prepaid(GSM): To Check your balance, Top up / STV/Plan Voucher to any BSNL Mobile number, get Payment receipt to your contact details mentioned in profile.

 

        How can I Topup my prepaid mobile?

            Click on ‘BSNL’àSelect prepaid àEnter the prepaid BSNL mobile Number àSelect Top up option àselect/enter denomination àClick on ‘Submit’ àDisplays Account DetailsàClick on Proceed for Payment à Complete the payment in Bank’s web site à The mobile Number will be recharged and you will receive the SMS/email accordingly.

 

        How can I avail STVs/Plan Vouchers?

            Procedure is same as in case of Topup.

 

        How do I avail the special offers for my Prepaid mobile?

            You can avail special offers as and when BSNL announces.

 

        How can I know all about various 3G/2G data packs for my Prepaid mobile?

            All 2G/3G data packs will be available in STVs under Prepaid à STV à DATA.

        How can I get the refund in case of Prepaid transaction failure?

            In case Topup / loading Special Tariff Voucher is not successful, amount will be refunded into same account from which payment was made. This refund will appear in bank statement typically in 5-7 working days. Refund will be made for only Prepaid Topup / STV / Plan voucher

 

        How can I pay GSM Postpaid bills using My BSNL App?

            Click on ‘BSNL’ iconàSelect Mobile àSelect option Mobile àEnter the Postpaid BSNL mobile Number and Account Number àClick on ‘Submit’ àBill Details will be displayed àClick on ‘Proceed to Pay’ àSelect the desired payment option à Complete the payment in Bank’s web site à A receipt for successful payment will be issued through SMS and E-mail to the registered one.

            Click on ‘BSNL’ iconàSelect Mobile àSelect option Mobile àEnter the Postpaid BSNL mobile Number and Account Number àClick on ‘Submit’ àBill Details will be displayed. Also You may choose exiting numbers by simply selecting them , no need to enter details for subsequent bill payment.

 

        How can I pay Landline/Broadband bills using this app?

            Click on ‘BSNL’ iconàSelect Landline àEnter BSNL Landline Number and Account Number àClick on ‘Submit’ àBill Details will be displayed àClick on ‘Proceed to Pay’ àSelect the desired payment option à Complete the payment in Bank’s web site à A receipt for successful payment will be issued through SMS and E-mail to the registered one.         How can I view my outstanding Landline bill amount?

        How to edit my profile?

            Click on ‘Profile’ Icon in the menu bar àProfile page will be displayed àClick on ‘Edit’ àEnter your contact details à Click on Save.

 

        What Mobile devices in which the My BSNL App will work?

            BSNL App will function on all Android / Windows Mobiles/Tablets.

 

        How do I uninstall the BSNL App?

            Go to Menu Settings àApplications àManage Applications à My BSNL App àUninstall.
